How to Pre-register for Courses
Who Should Create an Account and Register for ACN Courses?
9th-12th graders: Students should pre-register for courses they wish to take in 2024-25 school year.
Parents/Guardians 6th-8th grade students (Summer 2024): for more instructions on how to create an EnrollRI account, click here (English) or click here (español).
How to Choose: As you consider the available courses, consider your or your child’s strengths, growth areas, interests, and aspirations. Then, use the ACN course catalog to find the programs and courses that meet the performance, accessibility, and programmatic targets you are seeking.
Once Enrolled: All course specific information will come from the course provider. MANY providers have additional paperwork they require in order to attend, and all dual enrollment courses require registration at the institution.
What you Need to Know
Free for all Rhode Island students.

Varied credit-bearing courses for grades, 6-12.
Enroll in up to two credit-bearing courses per fall and spring semesters; yearlong courses count as one fall and one spring.
Credit bearing courses include Advanced Placement (AP), career credential, dual enrollment, world language, and work-based learning.
Earn early high school or college credit.
Every course has an add/drop period designed to fill any remaining seats and allow students to drop courses without negatively impacting their high school transcripts.
